Job Summary
The Alumni Engagement Coordinator manages programming and events for the Delta Lambda Phi Alumni Association, as well as all alumni of the fraternity. They work closely with the DLPAA and Fraternal Services to plan alumni programming at conferences and the Fraternity Convention.
Essential Job Functions
Manages alumni-centered events like White & Gold Weekend, as well as alumni programming at regional conferences and the Fraternity Convention.
Oversees the Lambda Mentors Program and works closely with Fraternity Leadership to promote professional development initiatives for actives and alumni.
Encourage alumni attendance in Fraternity activities, including installation ceremonies, regional conferences, the Fraternity Convention, and White and Gold Weekends.
Recognize the efforts of alumni throughout the world through use of social media tools.
Assist with contributions to the Centaur’s Yell.
Work closely with Alumni Services and Fraternal Services staff to ensure alumni support of our Chapters and Provisional Chapters, as well as assist to promote the Delta Lambda Phi Alumni Association.
Required Qualifications
Must be an alumnus of Delta Lambda Phi with at least one (1) year experience in a leadership/supervisory role.
Ability to consistently attend regional conferences, the Fraternity Convention, and White and Gold Weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
Member of the DLPAA
Familiarity with MailChimp, social media tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), and Fraternity Technology
Expected Workload
