DELTA LAMBDA PHI EXPANSION
Delta Lambda Phi is committed to bringing the experience of Brotherhood to as many as possible. We refer to the process of establishing new chapters as expansion. Our dedicated expansion team is charged with seeking out and identifying idealistic, capable members who possess the necessary leadership skills, vision and strength of character to build new chapters and enjoy the profound experience of Brotherhood we share.

INTEREST GROUP
Interest groups are small groups of potential members who learn about Delta Lambda Phi and decide to form a chapter. You can have any number of interested students to register an interest group, but we highly recommend having 10 or more to have the greatest chance at success. Please note that your interest group must be affiliated with a college or university. Registering as an interest group is quick, free and noncommittal.
PROVISIONAL CHAPTER
Once your interest group has been approved by your campus and by Delta Lambda Phi, your group will become a Provisional Chapter. Typically lasting 18-24 months, or 3-4 semesters, think of a provisional chapter as a chapter-in-training. You'll establish a strong foundation for your chapter with guidance from chapter mentors by learning more about Delta Lambda Phi, recruiting new members and organizing events.
CHAPTER CHARTERING
When you have completed your provisional chapter period, you will then move to a full chapter. This is done through a Chartering process where we review all of your materials for the granting of chapter status. Once you have been granted full chapter status, you become a fully recognized entity of Delta Lambda Phi!
